Divorce

dear sir, i am living in delhi since birth but now i shifted to uttar pradesh (ghaziabad) having proper rent agreement. MY marriage solemnised at noida but my address at the time of marriage was delhi.Now i am living in ghaziabad can i file divorce petition from ghaziabad or not. My wife didnot live with me here in ghaziabad. kindly suggest as she was living with her paternal home for the last three years.
