Hi I would like ask I am living abrod,my relationship with wife not good I want take divorce ,past 2 years I am not visiting India,if I have to visit India file divorce case or any possiblelity from abrod,if I not visit India some more time then what case she can file against me ?

if you are married in india then you need to get divorce through the family court in india.are you going for mcd or contested divorce.

She can file a plethora of cases against you, the details of which shall be too complicated to describe here. The best option for you is to file a mutual divorce petitioon after cionvincing your wife to consent to the same.
You may file the same through power of attorney as well.
