Divorce

Sir, My husband used to beat me for dowry and harass me both physically and mentally. Few days back we both got to know that i was pregnant and he immediately filled a divorce case in family court and a false P.C.R against my family for life threat in a local court in the backend without my knowledge. He was good to me in the house and backend did all the process. Last week i came to my mom's house for few days and surprisingly received a divorce petition. Also, the P.C.R in the court is still open in the court. My lawyer has suggested me to file a FIR against my husband since i have medical certificates when he beat me. Will my FIR be accepted in the court since my husband has filled a complaint in court saying "no complaint against him should be taken" and there is a PCR against my family and me? which is still open in the court and not yet sent to local police station.
