divorce

Sir my wife is not live with me since November 2016. So I file sec. 9.
But still she is not ready to stay with me. She is not attending the counseling . She spoiled my 5 years.
Sir Now I want to give her divorce. And she is not ready to give me divorce also. Sir if I file divorce case how much time it will take to get me free from this situation. And is it possible that I filed divorce and what I should explain to the court or the lawyer.
Sir please tell me.

i can understand your mental agony. first of all arrange a meeting consisting of you, your wife and parents only of both sides. Both of you discuss the matter and find out the reason why she is not coming, in a peaceful manner. if she says that she is facing any genuine inconvenience at your home promise her to rectify it.if elders are able to give a solution then follow that.
otherwise there is a ground called desertion which means wife or husband living the house of the other for not a valid reason is a valid ground for what you have asked.
