if husband is missing from two years and not in contact so how can I take divorce ..

1. Proceed for filing Divorce Application.  AFTER due course of time and procedures of law, the Court will grant Ex-Parte Divorce Decree, due to continued absence of Husband.

Absence from home for two years cannot be a ground for divorce.

Has a "missing" FIR has been lodged, if so wait for another period of 5 years to declare the husband to be "dead".

No ground of missing of husband for 2 years for filing petition for a decree of divorce.
