I got married in April 2009, my wife always fighting with me for silly reason and going to her parents house. I have completed 2 years but she hardly stayed with me for 7 months. On Jan 2011 there was normal dispute between us, so she made a call to her parents. On next day her father, brother with 2 more people came and started beating me without asking what happen. After beating they lock door from outside and gone to police station and filed a false complaint of beating and throughing wife out of house.
Currently she is staying in her parents house. I have filed divorce on the ground of Cruality against her, but niether she accepting court notice nor coming to a court.
I am in fear that she might complaint a false case such 498 or DV against me or my family members. For that what i needs to do, to be in safe side. Please help
