Hi, this is vivek, i got married 5 years ago after one an half month of marriage i and wife having misunderstanding on every word. since that time till today we are not having any pshyical relationship and from past 5 years we are sleeping in different rooms with in one roof. from last 2 years i am asking for divorce for which she is not ready and claiming that i am having affair with one of my best friend unfortunately that friend is female, and my family also with her as she took their confidence.
when i told her that we will leave separately from my family she is not ready for it.she and my family blackmailing by saying if file divorce they will ruin my friends life and her family and take my friend to mahila mandal where they will abuse in front of everyone.
Others details. my wife is working, earns 10k PM, from past 8months i am unemployee.
please advice me how to get divorce ASAP and save my friend and her family.
