 just relax and take your decison on your own.

Sec. 9 is for restitution of conjugal rights, even if it is decreed, you cannot execute the order of the court.  You file a divorce petition , if she is ready to join you then no problem

Thanks for your reply and suggestion.As you suggested that I should file divorse but  i am confused that what should be time period for divorse ? It.s been a two year i got married and she is not with me from last 1.5 years.She calls me after 4 or 5 day's once i received her call without any answering and she started abusing in very badly manner  to change her voice.Should i keep her voice clip ?

kindly please advise can i file for divorce and what should be keep safety in this ?

if you are ready for contested divorce and you have made up your mind for the same then file it.
