Dear Sir

It would be of great help if you can assist as to if there is any process to speed up the divorce proceedings

Since family court act 1984 all marital disputes should be filed first at family court. As per your querry she can't go to SC for any relief until or unless she appeals for transfer of cases to her jurisdiction.

Tell your lawyer to get dates of hearing shorter.
