Divorce petition

Wife can file divorce petition husband's permission is not required.

If wife wants t file a divorce against her husband she doesnot requires permission from her husband/ in laws/ his relatives/ his lawyer etc.  I think you want to clarify that whether a lawyer can file a petition without the permission of his client. why should he do that?
