Divorce rules

I got married in 2005. but could not register our marriage. We are seperated since 5 years(2008). I would like to know if I cant get divorced without marriage certificate. Im not sure if my husband will be ready to give divorce. But since 5 years we are not in contact & he is out of city. And what is the time frame to get divorced. please let me know the rules & regulations for the same.

Dear Mam,

Need not to worry, there are many ways in which you can get divorce and its upon the party or sometime aprties to choose the way. Best way for both the parties can be divorce by mutual consent and for that the parties must not be living togather from 1 year and since in your case its been 5 years that you were living seprately.In order to further discuss the case you need to discuss it with some counsel.
