Divorce suit by power of attorney

Can a powerholder file divorce suit for the principal who is in abroad? A power of attorney in this regard has been executed before the embassy of India. Will family court allow this plaint?

Whether you are benefitted from the judgments cited by a respondent ?

What is the purpose of citations for a layman ?

What do you want to convey, is it clear to queriest ?

PoA can not file suit for divorce. However, if the personal law (Muslim- as found from the name of author) may pronounce triple talaq.

Vague information similarly response by an expert.
