Hi,
I have been married since 1999, and residing in UAE, in 2000. Its an arranged marriage following are the incidents i would like to seek help from respected members.
1) got married in 1998
2) Wife delivered a baby boy in 2000, while pregnancy she had to spent few months in India as there was some visa problems.
3) After delivering the baby the life was going on and suddenly in 2001-2002 i started noticing sudden behavioral change in her. She would suddenly spot some lady standing on the road and smiling at me while I am driving. Later on she started checking emails and phone on the suspicion that I am having an affair.
4) She started shouting and claiming that I am torturing her and the baby, since UAE is a country favors females rights I used to keep quite but she started claiming that I am raping my son and so many other false stories, so far it was very hard for me to understand what is happening, so I called my in-laws to help me but they showed their inability to help me saying that once marriage is done it is completely my responsibility. Twice from UAE I went to India and sought for help but no one actually helped me and since my mother was not keeping well at that time I could not leave her in India also for a long time. However in 2006 I took her again to India and went to Bangalore, one of my friends took me to a doctor and the doctor told me that she has been suffering from acute Schizophrenia and needs to be admitted. I took her to Mumbai and admitted to a psychiatrist medical center for 25 days app. and she was diagnosed with Schizophrenia. 2006-2008 it went well she used to take medicine but after that she refused to take medicine and attacked me, however I consulted a doctor in Dubai and he then prescribed me with one medicine. Since then every year I go to India and bring medicine to Dubai and give her without her knowledge. But off lately I have noticed that even with this medicine she is not keeping well and quite often she gets aggressive. By this time my son is also grown up but both of us ( my Son & me) has to live life as per she demands and as per her thoughts and mood. Sometimes the behavior is so unacceptable that I think of bringing an end to my life. There is no one to support my case. My brother suffers from depression he is jobless. My mother passed away in 2012, and my father is out of question.
5) I have to manage many thing single handed and now at the age of 47 I am finding it very difficult to carry on, and finally I have decided that I should part ways. Because staying together with the torture she is spoiling 2 more lives. She tortures my Son also and for the last 14 years he has also been going thru hell.
Please advise whether I would be able to file a case or not, and if I file a case will she go and harass my brother?
Is it possible for me to stay in UAE and make living since I am the only bread earner ? or I will have to be in India till the case goes on?
Kindly advice a suitable solution I am ready for all kind of tests and verification.
