Do not have permanent address available for passport

Hi There,

At the time of applying for Fresh passport, I did submitted Rental Address (staying for more than 2 years) and NOC of landload. Also, I did submitted my Bank statement (having current address), Current address Light Bill (in the name of landlord). The form got successfully processed at passport office.
When Police called me for verification, he found that 'Residential Address' (on rent) and 'Permanent Address' is same. He told that since the Residential address is not your own house, you need to submit your 'Permanent Address' of mine or any relative having same surname.
As I don't have mine as well as relative (having same surname) own house, I cannot submit permanent address proof. Currently, police verification had sent my form as 'Adverse: Current Address'.

Please help me how should I proceed. I don't have permanent address.

You are bound to fill up in the form as per the instruction there stated in. if you fill up wrong information your form may be rejected and u may apply again with correct details. So you most fill up the permanent address.
