Please See the case of Mahabir Mandal decided in 1972 . The SC had occassion to consider both the cases i.e. of Anant Lagu and of Limsey. And it was observed that the case of Limsey was decided in the facts and circumstances of that case. Case of Limsey was not referred to in the case of Anant Lagu.
