My grand father has expired leaving behind his room in a flat and had a family size given below :-
Grand father's Family consist of :- Wife - Expired, Elder Son - Expired, My Father - Alive, 2 dauther's - Married and alive.
My grandfather, Grandmother and my uncle (my father's brother) - Expired.
My grandfather has room in his name in a chawl in slum area, where our whole family is living. Now SRA scheme has come in our chawl. Now my is the lega heir after my grandfather and the said propety. My father wants to transfer the said property in my name. What legal papers and documents required for the same.
