the dil cant claim any share nor right in fil property unless it is ancestral in nature where her husband has a share.
even if its her matrimonial home where she stayed with her husband just because she is she got a residential order she is not entitled to push the rightful owners (in case of fil self aquired property) of the property and live there.you can file a eviction petition on her

thank u Saravanan ji. but daughter in law not ready to leave father in law home. she misusing domastic violance law. my father fear of goverment job.bcz one year after my father got retired. he think that my retirarment money and pension money will not get. bcz if daughter in law do legal action on him help of domstic violance law. police also support her they said daughter in law should stay in father in law home. that is her right. my brother left home he stayed some other place. can i get any court order copy where it written that daughter in law have no right to stay father in law properties in force fully.

you can file a eviction petition on dil.then it becomes the responsibility of the husband to provide a alterrnate accomadation to his wife (maybe a rented one)
