Domain name dispute

Hi All,

There is a dispute between 2 directors of the private limited company. Mr. A director holds domain name in the name of the company. Ms. B decided to remove Mr A from the company and wants a new director in the company in his place. Mr A agreed to this. But 1 thing is that Mr A has done so much hardwork for the domain name of the company.

Whether Ms B can file any suit against him for the possession of the domain name of the company?

It can be treated as intellectual property and can be claimed. B can sue stating that it is the company's property, as it was created using the company's resources and A's hard work was compensated by the company.
