Dva filed by my friends wife in shivamoga karnataka friend husband from Goa order passed to pay maintainance 5000 rs monthly paid 1 and half lakh went in appeal appellant court enchanted maintainance rs 10000 from date of order not paid wife went to court under section 128 crpc notice issued then warrant issued file sent to LOk adalak warrant issued for levy of fines finally NBW

All this time not appeared mo notice or summons received all this while husband unemployed mo finance parents paid amount last time

Police executed NBW THIS TIME SENT IT ON WHATSAPP

for giving an avise the experts must be able to understand the issue.

given facts as understood give indication that prpobably the mantenance is granted and not paid.

Take help of someone who knows english.

According to the synopsis given above in English to know the whole issue iam in my.own knowledge go to the same court for cancelation of NBW and pay the fine amount and pay 50 per cent of the maintenance amount and the balance amount pay after the period of six months failing which go to civil prison as sentenced by the court

Second remedies go to high court under section 482 crpc read with Art 227 constitution and quash and set aside Nbw
