Sir/Madam, owner did sale his land first us, next he given GPA to another one on same land, GPA holder did registration same land to other, MRO did mutation in records on second one. GPA is bogus, sale deed fake. We are planing file writ with high court, amend records while cancel double registration deed. Can high court cancel deed? or only direct change records? any one we welcome, but my doubt is asking cancel of double registration deed may suicidal. Generally cancellation deed jurisdiction is civil court, so high court may not admit writ, directs go for civil courts.
