Doubt in writ

Dear sir,

this is prabu from tamilnadu.i have a doubt on applying WRIT.

My father applied a civil case on 2003 in a district court regarding our property was occupied by other person.my was expired last year and the case is in pending.

Now i continued that case and i want a quick judgement.

For that i discussed with some people they said me to appeal a WRIT in HIGH COURT to complete this civil case as soon as possible(as this case is going from 2003- till now). Is it possible? can i get a judgement quickly.

sir please give me your valueable advice to complete this case as soon as possible.

Thanks & regards

Prabu

You can approach High Court with the prayer to direct the Trial Court to decide the suit within time fixed by High Court.
