Weather conversation you have mentioned between is in written or oral or have any evidence that this type of conversation happened between A and B. If there is evidence that this type of conversation has taken place then A can take action against this agents.

As far as validity of contract is concerns there are condition of valid contract.

A             Parties must be competent to contract.

B             The agreement must have been made by the free consent of parties.

C             The agreement must be for a lawful consideration and with a lawful object.

D            The agreement must be made for some consideration.

Is the conversion with your Agent is oral or written? On what conditons and cercumstances your Agent B obstructed you not to buy? Have you given any isntruction or advise in it if he feel good may buy or not? Is B agent of you through any GPA? My dear so many such questions will rise to answer you clearly so please brief it up. However, this forum will not answer you on assumptions.
