And filing RTIs is his right...stop him if you can.................

Please give more details about your case. If your mother can be dismissed or not will depend upon the allegations in your complaint. Do you have proofs of dowry given e.g. bills/bank statements? He does not need court permission to file RTI, it is his right. |
