Dp3 complaint

Hi All friends 2 month back i sent a DP3 complaint through registered post to police station, where my 498a registered, and DCP office. and after that i filed RTI for DP3 FIR, progress of my FIR and other. After 1 month of RTI police are not giving answer and also saying that u can file first appeal. what to do now?. They are not giving me written reply for why they have not registered my complaint. Where should i complaint this and what to complaint? plz advice. Thanks Ravindra Sonavane

Please visit physically and give the complaint. Give the complaint to Police Commissioner, Local DCP and Senior PI local police station. Also, mention about your earlier compliant.

Police has to answer any RTI within 30 days otherwise its violation of the time. Pl bring this point to police commissioner.

The police won't take any action on this.

 

Move court u/s 156(3) r/w 200 of CrPC.
