Right time to apply for divorce is after two years of desertion ... and that to when she has intention to deseret.

i am from up.

mai 4 year se alag rehti hu..apne husband se.. but abhi  tak divoce nai ho paa raha . n mera case  mere hausband ki city mai hi ha .. na mai wah ja bhi nai pati hu. n ab transfer chati hu.. pr wo bhi nai ho pa raha some financial problem n koi focus bhi nai kr pa raha ha, mai divorce chati hu ki jaldi se jaldi ho jaye......

Any Any marriage which is solemnized, whether before or after the commencement of the Hindu marriage Act, may be Dissolved by a decree of divorce, by either the Husband or the wife presenting the petition on the strong  ground.

Hi i am agree with Rama sir 

any one who want divorse if they both agree and than file mutul consent case and other you file any ground like curltey and mentel condition health as you face...... 

if you file mutul divorse than you get divorse soon other in case court check your ground how strong your case other he give decree for two year

I am physically unable to earn, my wife had filed DV case after 1 year of desertion, so what can happen in worst cum worst scenarion in her case she had filed DV under Sec 12 and ex-parte section, she had demanded 10 lacs as maintence 50k monthly and 20k rent,and right to leave in @ my home I will have to sell my organs to full fill her demands,

note:-- mere husband ne mere aginst first  case kiya  tha ki mai unke ghr se unka pyas lekh apne ghr chali gai hu...

n abhi kuch dino baad fir ek case kiya ki mai aur mere bhai  ne usko marne ki kosis ki ha...

 so please help me... best experts ,.. just becuse mai pichel 4 year se preshan hu... mera divorce bhi nai ho pa raha h n mai case bhi nai lad pa rahi ....n wo mujhe mentally n physically bhi pareshan kr raha ha..... please do me fever....plsssssssssss

Hi shalni you file case anywhere or not yet ..... if yes than plz ask your lawyer why he could not procee fast and why he did not file application against your husband to tourcher you and what he doing last four year 

second why he did not file case in sec 125 for alomoney you get it from your husband monthaly.....

if you not file application for maintenance now you get monthly maintenance ....

if you want divorse and your husband agree on it than you file case mutul divorse 

about your court and want to change your case its depand on court if you have good reason for this than he transfre your case to near 

but first you file case for maintenance its important and if your currnetly not help than plz change your lawyer and choose good lawyer who proceed your case best

1. mere husband n mere against case kiya tha  ki main uske ghr se pyse aur kuch saman leke ghr aa gai hu.

2.second case usne mere against kiya tha ki maine usko marwane ki kosi ki mai.

in dono ke aginst mujhe kyse kya krna hoga .....

mere jb shadi hui thi tb mai according to dob my age is 17 but .. jis advocate ne mere shadi krwai thi usne koi afidebit banwakr age bada kr dikhaya tha ....

so is case mai mere shadi legal h ya illegal h....so kya mere divorce jaldi solve ho sakta h ki nai n second thing wo divorce dene ko tyar nai h ......so plese help me...kya krna chiye mujhe aur kyse ...just becuse second person is not ready  for divorce ...so can i do this just becuse ..i my 4  year waiting for my case .. please help me
