Dv - perjury help

Hi, I am looking help on Perjury. My wife filed false 498a and then DV. In DV, She is asking 20,000 per month as maintenance and we have no kids. She didn't even stay matrimonial house 9 months. She is working and earning 40,000 per month and I have all proofs till last month. (Paper evidence). I am sure that she will say "not working" in court or earning less. I would like to make use of her false statements and file perjury. Is it required to ask affidavit for her to produce and then show evidences? Can I file perjury immediately after her affidavit or end of case? I want to make use of this opportunity, please help in proceeding further... Let me know what kind of punishment, she is liable (Just fine or any other punishment)

After you come out clean from both DV and 498a case, then you can file prejury case. Not now.

Whatever it take long jst don't care about how long it take just go and file perjury case whenever u have chance. If u suffered let them suffer and she will not only fight case against you but she will also fight case against state. Lying in court is a big offence.

1.   Your brief does not say that you have read her “DV complaint case” at all. I say bze you have not mentioned if she has mentioned in her complaint case under one of the para(s) ‘she is not working  has or had no income’?

2.   Be it so, let her make Oath statement / File affidavit then you may proceed with ‘perjury case’ .

3.   Before that challenge her ‘strict proof’ of her un-employment or ‘not working’ status by way of reply on merit to her specific para(s).

4.   Meanwhile work up acquiring good knowledge of perjury pleadings and Family case perjury citations and appoint such an Advocate who believes in pleading for the ‘husbands’ side.
