DVC EXPARTE ORDER

dear sir , I submitted stay from high court in Crlmp in Dvc and our laywer has been said that no need to attend to court dates are giving by old judge and new judge has came given exparte final order with out mentioning high court stay due to i am not attended to court and not contested ,can i reopen the case ? or else go to apeal to dist court ? if i went to apeal what was the releif i can get it ?

  • Courts should give short notice to the Defendants and hear both parties before passing ex parte interim orders since the experience has been that once granted these orders cause havoc and getting them modified is next to impossible.

sir i am not received any notice from court and passed orders monthly 25k maintaianance from filling date with 3laks complization if i go to appeal what releif i can get it .pls help me with u sugesstions
