Early payment of gratuity

Sir,

As we all are aware that, eligibility for Gratuity is Five Year of continuous Service.

Can our company pay the Gratuity before 5 year to our employees?

Also send the ruling if any.

Five years is a minimum period after which one becomes enttled to gratuity/. There is no restriction to lower period, if the Company so decides.
