electricity theft

recently I issued a request to adhani that please cut my electricity because there is an illegal possession in my room and I want him out even after cutting the electricity the illegal occupant in my room had connected the wire powering the flat to the other flat in the same building he legally owns and gaining illegal electricity and I don't know what to do there is a case going on in the court and its just taking to long.
