hi, one of my friend is an associate member of a pc dealers assocn. recently they had election, from one month before the elction one member was using bad words to some members who send mails on their forum, on next day of election, my freind sent a mail which was not offending any body, but same member replied to my friend using some bad words, then my friend gave back in the same way, then the fight started on personal email id's, there were bad words exchanged between the two, now the instigator says he has informed cyber cell, which is real or false i do not know, pls advice
