In a partnership firm (of 5 partners), three partners conspired and withdrew crores of rupees from the firm's account in bank by writing "self" cheques without accounting for in account books.
Is it embezzlement and can th remaining two partners file a case of criminal conspiracy, cheating and embezzlement against the three partners?

obviously they can do. They should also file civil suit for rendition of accounts.
