Usually in confirmation letter it is mentioned that ........................service conditions after confirmation shall .............change say notice period.....................and other T&C shall remain the same............
If any T&C is unacceptable then employee can decline............
HOwever show the confirmation letter to your lawyer and let your lawyer advice you in person.
