,I do have 10 years of software experience.I joined private limited company which terminated on from October-2016 me where in I complained to Asst Commissioner of labour in 1-jan-2019 but no response until now
Query 1:Can I file industrial dispute in labour court before getting response from ass commissioner of Labour since commissioner not responding
Query 2: Whats the maximum time limit with in which I can file pettion of industrial dispute in labour court since my termination being 2 years
