Employer not giving salary

The period for full and final settlement by the employer , the final settlement needs to happen on an employee's last working day at the organisation. However, as clearances take time, it is prevalent policy to do so within 30days after the employee has left the organisation.
You can only request them to do it on time, rest there is not a lot you can do right now.
You can issue them a legal notice, if they don't do it in 30 days.
