He should wait for his employer to take legal action to remove him from the employment and until then let him continue his job so that he can approach labour court in case of any illegal termination of employment is made against him.

The employee could be removed or terminated only through the due process - that is, issue a charge-memo and hearing him. If illegally removed, he has the option to seek legal remedies.
