After three years service employer is asking for Bond of one year along with increment letter and promotion letter and going to writte in bond that the full and final settelment will not be done after leaving company before 1 year.
So isit acceptable legally.
They are going to take only in writting on 500 Rs StAMP AND WILL REGISTERED IT TO NOTORY..
How much is legal value of such bond and how legal it is asking bond after 3 years confirmed service.
