I have been a resident of an apartment in Bangalore for 3 years. I recently moved out with respect to my project work. Upon my recent visit to the partmetn, I found out that the parking space I was using was encroached upon. The flat No which is the placehoder or identity has been replced by a resident of another flat. I ahev sent numerous mails to the association but they did not care to respond.
These were small apartments when constructed, so the partments numbers are painted on the pillars since beginning and these are the only identifiers.
There is no letter either from the builder or the association that the specific lot or parking space belongs to a given apartments.
There are 152 apartments in total and all are using their respective parking spaces as per the paints on the pillar numbers.
The resident did not respond nor did the association cre to respond. They have simply gone mute.
What is the suggested course of action?
