Encrochment @ whitefield - how to get bbmp sanctioned plan

My neighbour (who is a builder) has encroached our land and I approached the planning engineer with details of the property to get a copy of the plans. After an initial encouragement his behaviour changed and he almost pushed us out of his office. We later found a reference to the planning permit in an online portal.

1. How do we get hold of the planning permit?

2. What other options we have?

Bring suit for stay or file for Delaration suit in civil court

Thanks -

1. Managed to get BBMP to act by writing to commissioner; they promised to issue a notice;

2. filed a civil suit and

3. Lodged a police compliant with photos and fabricated documents from builder and got an FIR issued for Trespass.

What else I can to do prepare for before court hearing?

Any assistance appreciated.
