A Test Case was filed by My Bother was decided mutually in Mediation under a Mediation and Concillation Rule , Whereas Share of the property has been devided accordingly Test Petition was withdrawn hovwere Now My Brother is not prepforming the contract signed mutually in Mediation.
Please suggest what best legal remedy we have in hand
