Sir,
Please confirm if one company have 20 employees and is registered with ESI & PF and one another company have 9 employees but not registered with ESI & PF can these employees can club for the applicability of ESI & PF in case the share holders and authorised signatory in bank is person in both company but directors are different.
If yes then please share the judgment (if any ) regarding this.

IF COMPANIES HAVING TWO DIFFRENT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES , THEN IT WILL NOT APPLICABLE
IF EMPLOYEES LESS THAN 10 FOR ESI AND IF EMPLOYEES LESS THAN 20 FOR PF.
AS PER LABOUR RULES U MAY MAINTAIN ONE MASTOR ROLL ITS ENOUGH.
AND COMPIES HAVING TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS FOR TWO COMPANIES ,

If employer wishes IT can vlounteer to provide coverage.
Check with nearest PF,ESIC office
Or entrust the matter to legal cell of establishment.
