eviction of a tenant

dear experts,
a person taken my shop on rent orally without any agreement on rs.20000 for a month in 2019 and paid rent up 2021 and there after he left from the shop by locking with out giving keys.
Till now neither coming to the shop nor paying rent .
under these circumstances what can I do evict my shop from the tenant
kindly advice on this

In case there is no response, file a suit of eviction against the tenant on the basis of non-payment of rent and also, for leaving the property without any prior notice. *In case the tenant doesn't appear in the court during hearings, the court will decide in your favour.
