I had bought a site in 1994 with clear title and all valid legal documents registered in my name. In 2006,the same site is sold to one other person by the original landlady. The illegal tranasaction buyer has constructed 2 "kachcha" rooms with asbestoes sheet roof. Kindly advise me how to go about on demolition of this temporary construction. On noticing the construction, I have filed FIR with the local police on unknown person since I do not know the whereabouts and details of the offender.
