Eviction suit

I m in tedeous position in my one case. An aged Mother  told me that her  son & his wife reside in her home. Mother is an Owner of the property ( Two rooms in a chawl). The Son & his wife are harrassing her to a great extent. Various police complaints, criminal cases has been filed. Now the QUESTION IS WHETHER ON THESE GROUNDS SUIT FOR EVICTION & EJECTION CAN BE FILED BY HER AGAINST HER  SON & HIS WIFE? If yes, then kindly suggest me the procedure to file one, in which court can it be filed? what would be the court fees (Client is a resident of Mumbai). If said suit can not be filed, then i beg you to kindly suggest the alternative please.

Thank you in anticipation :-)

Thank You. But what about court fees to be paid while filing before the City Civil Bombay? Do i need to file separate suit for declaration or possession too? or Suit for eviction is enough? kindly guide dear Sir.
