Hi The court granted us order to publish because she didnt respond to notice. We have published in newspaper already but dont know she checked the paper or not. If my wife doesnt arrive on next date given in newspaper ad will the trial become ex-parte by default ? or will the court again ask to send more notices ? if it become exparte how long will it take to get decree from next hearing date? place : family court bangalore
