I am a school student and my father expired 4 months back,We have a commercial shops business is running by my grandfather.
My grandfather has joined some anti social element and forged document of my father saying father as barrowed certain amount and given the pocesion to anti social guy.
he filed a case of injunction and got ad interim ex parte.
also perpertual injunction.
Those document based on which the case has filed is forged, please help us guide where to appeal to get it verified by forensic expert and what criminal complaint we can book against grandfather being giving witness to the forgery and accpting in the court.
