Expediate Civil Court Case Proceedings

Hi! I am a plaintiff in a civil case for declaration of decree for oral partition of suit property. Total No. Of plaintiffs is around 23 and 8 out of us are senior citizens. How can we Expediate the proceedings. Written statement by defendant has been already filed. And 2.5 years has been elapsed after registration of case in lower court. What remedies are available having focus over senior citizens as plaintiffs?
