My brother has shown a fake experience letter at the time of interview and this letter did not have the sign of the director of the institute. So board of director of his employer decided not to add this letter while giving the appointment letter to my brother. That means my brother has not avail any benefit with this letter and we all knew it at the time of selection only. But his 498a wife has produced a few document through RTI that my brother has shown a fake experience letter. His management could have removed this letter before replying to RTI but it is very late now.
I want to know the Precise answer that what is the maximum punishment for this kind act. This is like getting the interview call some one has added a fake experience but has not avail the experience. Thanks in advance. Shalini
