The AGM of a pvt company was held. One of the agenda item was removal of a director (fraud committed). But due to procedural mistake ( notice period was not sufficient), the item could not be taken up.
Can an extended AGM (continuation of the previous one) be held with sufficient notice to take up this item ?
What are the other options available ?
