sir my brother seeked 1lakh rupees loan from SBI bank when he was studying MSW.
1) He took study loan of rupees one lakh and he repaid 28000 rupees.afterwards he failed to repay the installments for one year.
2) now bank has sent a notice to be present in the enquiry in kanoonu seva pradhikar .
3) sir plz suggest me that if he now pay 20% amount now its ok or he has to pay full amt at a time.
4) if he fails to pay then what steps bank will take.
5) whether he may face any problem in future.
Dear querist,
Approach bank authorities and explain them your condition and you repayment plan, in case bank has not mortgaged any other property or does not have any guarantor to your loan that they will accept your proposal.
