Failure to appear on court date.

Hi manish you miss date to appear in court than you need to show their good reson why you did not appear in court on date in case court release arrest warrent if you did not appear in court 

so their you may present i court and show your valid reson and ask for  next time whrn you need to appear in  court you file application in court and ask next date court issue to you

Simply go to the court court staff will tell you about next date. you may read the file by  giving written application to court.
